Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Lumi ("we", "us") is a wellness web app at meetlumi.in, run by Akanksha Srivastava. This policy explains what information Lumi uses and why.

What stays on your device

Your feelings choices, journal pages, flowers, check-ins and settings are saved in your own browser's storage on your device. We don't receive or store them on a server. If you clear your browser data or use another device, they won't be there. You can erase everything any time from your profile with "Start fresh".

When you describe your feelings in your own words, Lumi reads that text in your browser to choose a step. It is not saved or sent to us.

Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use Lumi, for example which buttons are clicked and where people get stuck, so we can improve it. Clarity collects usage data such as clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, and may record anonymised session replays, using cookies and similar technology. Text you type into Lumi is masked by default. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

We use Google Search Console to see how Lumi appears in Google search. It doesn't place anything on your device.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay shares with us what's needed to confirm a payment, such as the payment ID, amount, date, and the name, email and phone number you enter on their page. Razorpay handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Not medical care

Lumi is a wellness companion, not a medical or mental-health service. If you're in crisis in India, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 or emergency services on 112.

Your choices and requests

To ask about your data, or to ask us to delete payment records we hold about you, email akanksha.srivastava2027@mastersunion.org. We'll reply within 7 working days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
