Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Lumi at meetlumi.in, run by Akanksha Srivastava. By using Lumi, you agree to them.
What Lumi is
Lumi suggests small, research-informed wellness steps, like breathing exercises, short walks and journaling prompts. Lumi is not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a crisis service. Research findings describe average effects across groups of people, so a step may not work for everyone. If you have a health condition, check with a professional before trying physical activity. If you're in crisis in India, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 or emergency services on 112.
Who can use Lumi
You must be 18 or older to use Lumi or to buy a plan.
Free sessions and the paid plan
Lumi includes 5 free sessions. After that, unlimited access costs ₹249 (inclusive of applicable taxes) as a one-time payment for 12 months of access, paid through Razorpay. The plan does not renew automatically, and you won't be charged again unless you choose to buy again. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Your data
Your journal and progress are stored in your own browser, so they're tied to the device and browser you use. See our Privacy Policy.
Fair use
Please don't misuse Lumi, attempt to break it, or copy and resell its content.
Our content
Lumi's design, character, illustrations and text belong to us. Research cited in Lumi belongs to its authors and publishers.
Liability
We provide Lumi "as is" and do our best to keep it working. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from using Lumi, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
