Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Lumi's paid plan is a one-time payment, not a subscription, so there's nothing to cancel and you won't be charged again automatically.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your payment by emailing akanksha.srivastava2027@mastersunion.org with your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with "pay_" and is in your payment receipt email). After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, except where you were charged twice by mistake or couldn't access the paid plan because of a problem on our side.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay. We start the refund within 2 working days of approving it, and it usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
