Lumi is a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically.

Delivery

When your payment succeeds, the Lumi Garden plan unlocks immediately in the browser you paid from, for 12 months. You'll also receive a payment receipt by email from Razorpay.

If your plan doesn't unlock

On the payment screen, choose "Already paid but Lumi didn't unlock?" and enter the payment ID from your receipt email. If that doesn't work, email akanksha.srivastava2027@mastersunion.org with your payment ID, and we'll sort it out within 2 working days.
